FAQ
Direct answers about NewCo Home, our process, and the projects we deliver across Utah.
How much does a Utah kitchen remodel cost in 2026?
Cosmetic refreshes typically run $15k–$40k. Mid-range remodels with new counters, backsplash, and appliances run $55k–$120k. Full gut remodels with custom cabinetry, layout changes, and Parade-grade finishes run $120k–$300k+ depending on size, appliances, and stone selection.
How long does a Utah kitchen remodel take?
Cosmetic: 2–4 weeks. Mid-range: 6–10 weeks. Full gut: 12–20 weeks from demo to punch. Cabinet lead time (8–14 weeks) and slab selection are the two longest items — we start both before demo.
Should I keep my existing layout or move walls?
If your great room is closed off from the kitchen, the single highest-impact change in a Utah remodel is removing that wall and adding a properly sized island. Plumbing and electrical relocation is rarely the budget killer — beam sizing and HVAC re-routing are.
Painted or stained cabinets?
Our most-installed Utah kitchen is painted perimeter + stained rift white oak island. Reads timeless, photographs beautifully, and resells well across both luxury and mid-market.
