A custom home is a one-off residence designed and engineered specifically for a single homeowner and a specific site.
Unlike production or semi-custom homes, custom homes start with a blank sheet. Floor plans, structural systems, envelope, mechanical, and finishes are selected for that owner. NewCo Home is the builder of record across the entire process.
