NewCo Home, LLC ("NewCo Home," "we," "us," or "our") is a Utah-licensed residential builder operating newcohome.com and related portals (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the Services, you agree to this Policy and our Terms of Service.

Information you give us: name, email, phone number, project address, scope of work, photos, measurements, notes, budget, timing, and any other content you submit through forms, chat, intake, scheduling, customer/sub portals, email, SMS, or phone.

Automatically collected: IP address, device and browser data, pages viewed, referrer, approximate location, cookie and similar identifiers, and analytics events.

From third parties: information from subcontractors, suppliers, lenders, inspectors, mapping providers, and marketing partners; public records relevant to your property; and information you authorize others to share.

• Respond to inquiries, schedule consults, and provide estimates and proposals.
• Plan, perform, manage, and bill for construction services.
• Send transactional communications (confirmations, reminders, invoices, change orders, project updates) by phone, SMS, email, and push.

• Operate, secure, debug, and improve the Services.

When you provide your phone number and check a consent box (or otherwise opt in), you expressly consent to receive SMS/MMS messages and phone calls from NewCo Home and its Authorized Partners using automated systems and prerecorded or AI-generated voice, related to your project, scheduling, estimates, proposals, invoices, and offers. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. They are shared only with our messaging infrastructure providers (e.g., A2P 10DLC carriers and SMS platforms) strictly to deliver messages you requested.

We share information with:

• Authorized Partners involved in delivering your project: subcontractors, suppliers, designers, architects, inspectors, lenders/financing partners, and insurance providers. These parties may contact you directly about your project.
• Service providers who run our infrastructure: hosting, database, email, voice, transactional SMS (A2P 10DLC), payment processing, e-signature, scheduling, mapping, AI assistance for internal tools, CRM, accounting, and analytics.
• Legal & safety: when required by law, subpoena, lien process, regulatory request, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
